RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind, you have 30 calendar days to return your order from the day you receive your items.
We will only refund the original cost of the item's price, and we will not refund any postage fees for the return unless the problem was a fault of ours.
When you return the item, write your User ID or Item ID on the packaging. All returned goods must be returned from the same address as it was sent to. Also, the sender's name should be the same as specified at the checkout. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued, as it will be no possibility to clear the parcel at customs.

Says it was delivered but I did not receive! My last order from this company was for a Serbian mess kit which was heavily corroded and the canteen had a large crack in the bottom! It obviously was not inspected before shipping! Their customer service is shit! I definitely will not be purchasing anything from this garbage company again and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and recommend that you don't ether!

Delivery a little slower than expected but that's not the sellers fault, it did arrive just in time. Item had a few more marks on it than expected but still in good condition and communication with the seller was great, really helpful and understanding. I would definitely buy from here again 😊
