I had expected with them being surplus for them to be used and have signs of wear, tear, and potential fading; I was very surprised and happy to find that they seemed to be brand new, as I couldn't find any evidence of wear! I was greatly satisfied with how quickly they arrived with having to pass customs, and I was even more excited to find them in a seemingly brand new condition.
