U.S. buyers beware - return shipping and questionable real surplus. First, shipping: While this seller has free shipping, if you need to return or exchange the product, they have engineered the cost of return shipping to be so high as to be prohibitive. For example, these pants cost $35 USD. But return shipping is over $50 USD from the US to the return UK address. Here is my question, if they can ship to me for free, how would return shipping cost more than the product? Take that into account when purchasing. Regarding genuine surplus: I purchase military surplus from various global sites, and it is my belief these are NOT genuine Swiss surplus, but a reproduction. What is my proof? The cut and quality of the product does not seem to match other European surplus products. I choose not to order from this seller again.

Although the swiss TAZ-83 uniform pants are less common than the other popular "Alpenflage" pattern pant, they are nonetheless very high quality field trousers. Many thanks to the supplier for providing this pieces.
