RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind, you have 30 calendar days to return your order from the day you receive your items.
We will only refund the original cost of the item's price, and we will not refund any postage fees for the return unless the problem was a fault of ours.
When you return the item, write your User ID or Item ID on the packaging. All returned goods must be returned from the same address as it was sent to. Also, the sender's name should be the same as specified at the checkout. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued, as it will be no possibility to clear the parcel at customs.

The item was wrongly described - in material composition, so it missed my expectations. However, I learned to like this jacket, it is good enough and not too expensive, but reasonably priced. It's actual material composition is as follows: 65% polyester, 35% cotton. All in all, it is still a well made, quality jacket.

I am really happy with this coat. I had been looking for a decent mid weight coat for autumn in Minnesota. This coat is surprisingly thick and warm for a “non-insulated” coat. On its own, it can keep me comfortable into temperatures in the 40s (Fahrenheit). Paired with a fleece or liner jacket, I could see this jacket working well for temperatures below freezing as well. I also want to mention how friendly and helpful the seller was. I initially ordered the wrong size jacket, and only realized the error as they were preparing my order for shipping. I messaged them asking whether I could change my order to the correct size before they shipped, and they got everything corrected within 24 hours.
