This is well made and in good condition, however, it isn’t waterproof in the slightest. I just tested it out, and the water literally soaked right through! I’m not sure how this could be expected to keep soldiers dry, unless all of the water proofing treatment has long warn off. It’s still a good price if you know how to water proof fabric. It can be done very cheaply with silicon and acetone. Plenty of videos on YouTube showing how to go it. But I am disappointed, and I feel that the description is misleading for failing to mention this.
