The balaclava is not a one size fits all .. more like a small , not worth sending it back but overall it would still be a decent balaclava if it fit .

Item was well described and in perfect condition. However, there was a sizing issue - the balaclava was too small. Return postage was too expensive so I donated the item to a charity shop (no doubt a homeless person will keep a little warmer this winter). I contacted the seller and explained the situation and they decided, in this instance, to issue a 100% refund of the purchase price. It's pleasing to see that there are still decent people in this world who stand-by old style service, integrity and values. I recommend this seller and will no doubt purchase again from them. A+1
