I know that army surplus items are rarely new but the suspenders are all dried out and the webbing around the metal is halfway torn. I was planning to use this with my tool belt but doubt it has much life left. The belt itself was new so it's a mixed bag ... Also, as a Canadian buyer, I was hit with considerable duty fees at the delivery.
